Fabric version

I love this mod a lot and would love to include it in my modpack: https://modrinth.com/modpack/aerosociety
I tried to search really hard but could not find a mod that adds the same mechanic.
If you don't want to do this i understand, in that case would it be okay if i tried to make it into a fabric mod? the license says all rights reserved and there isnt anything else anywhere talking about this..

my apologies i was looking only on modrinth.
there is a fabric version on curseforge but it isnt on 1.20.1: https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/jumpy-boats-fabric
