Bamboo does not grow faster on Snad

Description:
Bamboo do not grow faster when planted on Snad, even though Snad is intended to accelerate the growth of plants like sugar cane and other growables.

Cause:
When creating the sand_growables tag, minecraft:bamboo and minecraft:bamboo_sapling were not included. Because of this, they are not recognized as plants that should receive the Snad growth speed bonus.

Expected Behavior:

Bamboo should grow faster when placed on Snad.

Actual Behavior:

Bamboo grow at normal speed when placed on Snad.

Proposed Fix:
Add minecraft:bamboo and minecraft:bamboo_sapling to the sand_growables tag so they can benefit from Snad’s growth acceleration.
