ChurchMicroStats: Use proper stats banner rather than constructing a replica. #12
Description
On cache pages the ChurchMicroStats script doesn't use the proper Church Micro banner. Instead it tried to create a facsimile, which doesn't look great. The only reason I can think of for doing this is that you were trying to save download time but this seems unnecessary as the browser will cache the image anyway. There are also some minor styling issues with the layout, border colour, etc.
