Tampermonkey cross-site resource access prompts

Tampermonkey now prompts for authorisation when a userscript tries to access resources on a different site, unless they have declared this in advance.  Various of my scripts need `@connect` lines to be added to their metadata to tell Tampermonkey where they get their data from.
