Feature Request: Table percentual columns

Hi there, first of all, thank you for zigdown, it offers a great
experience than any other I've seen in CLI.

Please consider adding percentages to columns, the percentage is
expressed in dashes. Each column has at least one character width,
and according to the number of dashes in the heading, the horizontal
space is used with that percentual width, when * is the character used,
that column takes the remaining characters.

I guess this eases the intent of the column to get the biggest space,
regarding alignment I don't have a strong opinion on usage of a
certain indication both for console or html, maybe <,:.> for left,
center and right alignment.

I think the percentage is the one that stands, and, alignment could
be more of a wishlist.

That's a good idea, I'm on board with something like this. I've had column alignment on my to-do list for a long time, and this pairs well with it.
