Dead links in readme

VR updated their sites and apparently they have left out information about their API.

These links are currently dead:

• API documentation
• Station code list

By the way, there's now http://rata.digitraffic.fi and it should have 100% trains covered while the VR API is missing some trains or they can appear in the middle of their trip. E.g. trains with red border here are missing from VR API: http://liikenne.hylly.org/rata/lahi/

However, the VR API is the only API with GPS position data for trains for now. rata.digitraffic.fi includes automatic train control data though, which can be used to locate a train down to a track section ("raideosuus"). Here you can see what it looks like: http://junat.dy.fi/liikenne/kartta/
