fix download to PDF button on Github Pages #1
Description
The download to PDF button included by default in a Jupyter Book crashes the browser - need to find out how to populate or remove it. Not clear where the PDF should go - may relate to "path_to_book" in config.yml. It's the menu-dropdown__content div on every html page.
