Figure out why an eslint-disable for label-has-associated-control is required

These lines require an eslint-disable to pass the linting. I have tried many ways to get it to understand that the label does have an associated control, but eslint believes it does not.

I'm guessing here, but maybe it requires the label/control to be in a form element.
