Doesn't look too bad to import, though filtering out the binaries will be necessary.

@tari I have made PRs #93 - #96 to implement the changes you listed above.
I have not included ptune2_simple (I'm not sure why ptune is needed in the SDK), scope_timer (no idea what it does), or snd (which has something to do with sound but has no documentation).

If there are any changes you would like implemented that don't have PRs, let me know and I can look at adding them.
