Improvements to "findUngradedSubmissions" tool #531
Description
Instead of listing the name of the .zip file that need to be graded, the program should list name of the .out file that needs to be graded.
The tool should also list the name of the graded .out files whose grades need to be recorded in the gradebook. I think that's just a matter of noting when the grade in the .out file is different than the grade in the gradebook.
