Extra allocation for certain users

Some early participants have an interesting non-zero value called extraAllocation.

Couple of questions to clarify with relation to this data point.

1. What's the meaning of this parameter? Is this the %-tage of JOY total issuance that is allocated to these users on top of other earned JOY?
2. What were the eligibility criteria back then? Not all of these users are still active on platform.
3. Is this 5-person club accepting new members?

Just answering based on my knowledge, I'm not a decision maker for this though.

1. The 1 next to my entry is 1% of total allocation (on top of anything else earned)

Basically long before we even used Discord and in the project's earliest days the initial founding members were people who contributed heavily. People were given a chance to submit their contributions during the first scoring period (https://github.com/Joystream/founding-members/blob/main/scoring-periods/0.md#announcement) if they felt they had not been included but from what was recorded very few people submitted anything.
