Bound query execution time #536
Description
Background
Currently its trivial to kill the query node because queries generated by Hydra are so extremely inefficient. A related issue is that people are putting lots of on QN without being very sensitive to writing efficient queries.
Proposal
Add throttling which sets a cap on the execution time for queries, and other useful. Probably should be configurable, not hard coded.
