Make alerts automatically disappear into an alert section #85
Description
Add a new "alerts" button in the top bar which when clicked opens a small window with a list of old alerts. This window should allow dismissing them one by one and should also contain the dismiss all button from #88. Alerts will be shown in the same way they are currently shown, but there should be an upper limit on how many alerts can be displayed at once and if that limit is hit older alerts will be moved into this new alerts section. Also maybe alerts should be moved into that section automatically after some time.
