Broken CSV Download Links

Describe the bug
CSV Download links for 'Alias' are currently broken and lead to 404.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'https://www.azadvertizer.net/azpolicyaliasesadvertizer_all.html'
2. Click on 'Download CSV' (either Comma or Semicolon)
3. Led to 404 page.

Expected behavior
A CSV file should begin downloading.
