Fallback to "Lunch" on multiple courses

Appreciate the effort to only extract Lunch when multiple courses are included. My school adds Frukost and Mellanmål as well.
Unfortunately hard coding Lunch doesn't work for me, the school uses mostly Dagens rätt, or Kökets rätt. Sometimes they also get creative which is really annoying.

If it would be possible to set the name/prefix in the config flow that would be awesome. So maybe keep Lunch as default but can be overwritten when setting up the integration.

yeah, I suspected. Ok lets go for a config option instead for the "name" key. But id they are not even consistent on that, maybe also an option do treat alwaws the 2'nd course (configurable N course) as lunch?

Yeah, sounds good. N-course of the day could work as well, as long as it’s configurable for the user. At least my school have multiple lunch courses, dagens rätt, dagens gröna rätt for example and I’m not sure they are consistent in order.
But as long as changing the config option is possible at least it is an easy fix when the school changes something.
