Add git config email on setup

The Keeta Agent does not appear to set the global user.email to the config to match the email used in the GPG signing key. It does set the user.signingkey correctly so would expect it to set the user.email to the email the user provides in the agent setup so they match. If commits are made without updating the email then they will be unverified as the email does not match if it's set to something different.
