Document type Tab/Group disapears after first_boot cleanup

Describe the bug
I added new Document type in it, I specified few tabs on of them has alias 'previewContent' after cleanup/first_boot this tab isn't shown in Umbraco. When I perform 2nd sync using Usync -> import settings, Tab appears back

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Umbraco settings -> Then create new Document type
2. Create new tab there with name 'previewContent'
3. Save everything and do umbraco cleanup to initiate first_boot in Usync
4. See 'previewContent' is disappeared on UI, although it is still in the .config file

Expected behavior
Preview Content tab should be visible after first boot

Additional context
Issue should be related to alias, as I did cleanup few times, making this tab either Group or Tab and every time it disappeared, what fixed issue for me is renaming this tab into "Preivew"

Yeah the tab alias makes me think this is a variation on a thing we fixed for v17 only last week 🤔#876.

I will take a look and see , if it is that, we can probably get a fix out quite soon.
