Administrator account not working

I just installed recent cash on Ubunutu 24.04.

I added a user via cdash/register and later set the admin flag in the database

select * from users;

gives my single user (id =3, admin=1)

I did

sudo -u www-data php artisan config:clear
sudo systemctl restart apache2

I do not see any Administrator features when I do login

I get no new logs in storage/logs/cdash.log and no error in apache2/error.log

@Fabian188 Are there any logs in the console when you go to either of the pages you screenshotted?

I do not understand the question. I use apache2 and get only logs in /var/log/apache2 and no new logs in CDash/storage/logs/cdash.log. Which console do you refer to?

Can I somehow verbose more logging?

The browser console. You can right click and select "Inspect" in most major browsers.

The cdash is missing in the url. Is APP_URL ignored?

I got it. An alias seems to do the job. I consider to switch to a virtual environment.
Alias "/assets" "/home/CDash/public/assets"
