Enable conversations to be shareable by a link

This is akin to sharing a conversation in existing LLMs web apps.

The idea is to be able to provide a link to the users to an existing conversation and its latest visualization.

This is will be immensely useful since we can use to reference VTK python code and its corresponding visualization.

This will involve adding a route rule in the trame app that can load the existing conversation file.
