Add remote MCP support

This will allow us to:

• Move all the RAG logic to the MCP server.
• Improve our generated code accuracy adding MCP functions that can inquire the VTK python reference.
• Make vtk-prompt-ui to be much more leaner allowing many more users to use the same server.
