Seurat assay to use

Hello,

Thank you for the nice package. In the tutorial, you made "RNA" to be the active assay. Checking gene trajectories would be especially interesting in case of merging different conditions, so I was wondering if you recommend that I still use RNA assay in this case or utilize "integrated"?
