Tutorial or docs on how to clone the app and add firebase?

Just that lol. Anyways, great work on the app! My suggestions are just adding the tutorial on a step by step adding the firebase and maybe add a page where people can message you so that they can talk about the task or whatnot.

In fact, I'm currently working on a manual how to set up the app, but it's not ready at the moment 😁
Since this app is a little project I'm working on in my spare time, I sadly cannot say when the manual will be finished.

But if you cannot wait, I suggest to have a look at the official Firebase documentation. The flutterfire-cli is also a pretty handy tool that can help you setting things up.

For your second suggestion it would be great to create a new issue, just to keep track 😄
