Test API key is referenced in default config.json

In the latest merge, someone kept their API keys in place of the test api key placeholder. Please change back. Also, I'm unclear on what to put in for the default and "st-67890" entries in config.

should I be using both api entries? Or what should I do to follow the guide:

"st-67890" is the a sample BotID, This feature config was provided just in case if any need to support any specific keys to be provided for individual bots than a default so that this supports multiple keys for different BOTs in the same config.
