HMM file with points instead of numeric values

Hello everyone,

I tried to run SNAP with a MAKER gff3 file in order to obtain a hmm file. It worked for one of my run but not the others, which produce hmm files with points instead of numeric values, in the category "Einit 2" and "Exon 2" (file attached).
Do you know what could have caused that, and how I could solve it?
