Support for Streams #3

Hello. First off thanks for the library I found it when doing the getting started guides for MultiChain, I noticed it does not currently support the JSON-RPC calls for Streams.
I was wondering if I could fork, add the support for streams and submit a PR. It should be pretty straightforward and I've implemented a couple basic stream calls already. I figured I'd ask here first since there aren't any notes on contributing in the README.
