Question about integrating TCP Prauge into older rocky kernels, can it be done?

Our servers run 4.18.0-553.el8_10.x86_64, but when I compiled a kernel from this repo I got a 5.15.72+. Is it possible to backport your code to an older kernel? How difficult would it be? Are changes isolated to particular area that can simply be added somehow?

I managed to port both tcp prague and dualpi2 to linux-5.15.123

It's an Android downstream kernel tree tho.
For anyone who might find the patch useful, do not use bbr2 it's bugged in some way that it'll cause kernel panic after switched to it(not gonna go fix it any time soon)
If you stick to tcp prague it'll be fine I guess.
