(feature request} Show clock on top when Taskbar is displayed, Hide it when Taskbar is hidden

I would like this clock to be displayed on top when the taskbar is displayed and hidden when the taskbar is not displayed (e.g. fullscreen video playing, a fullscreen game running, a slideshow displayed, etc.)
