Suggestion/Discussion - Mentor Role in teaching

I had in mind to create a mentor program to involve and make use of senior people at the academy that:

1. may not have the time to actively develop materials or lead a specialization
2. have a lot of knowledge and are seniors in the field
3. still want to be engaged in the academy

With this in scope, I think there are a few people in the academy that can be considered in this category (apologies if I missed someone obvious) and I contacted them to assess interest.
