works perfect on first install then wont run after reboot

Edit: I can get it to run but I have to do chmod a+x run every time I reboot the system

following the directions this runs great after the first install. when i reboot the service wont start.

I dont know how to manually start a service so i have to reinstall the entire thing to get back up
