Replicate My Account Menu #58

Note: All of the options under the "My Account" menu should be implemented except for the option "My events".
One thing to discuss is whether we need to include the "Manage Files" option. It seems there is no longer need to do so, since the new html editor (in the wiki docs, teams conversations, etc.) already provides a way to nicely upload files.
