Implement a special Teams sharing option for special Teams role #59
Description
Create a special Teams superuser role that allows users with this role to share a post (via email) to:
(1) all the users and/or
(2) all the edoovillage managers and/or
(3) all the hub managers.
In particular, when creating a Teams post, there should be 3 checkboxes for each of the 3 options above that the user with the special role can turn on/off. Only users with this role will see these 3 checkboxes. Then upon saving/submitting the post, automatic emails should be sent to the users registered in that Team (as usual) and also to the users corresponding to the selection according to the 3 checkboxes.
