Evaluate the effect of adding clusterization on top of peak finding

As ML enables us to target only primary peaks in the peak finding (PF), we can therefore directly infer the number of primary clusters by just summing the found primary peaks. Need to validate how much another ML step (i.e., the clusterization [CL] step) improves the performance. The cases to be compared in this study are:

1. PF targeting only primary peaks. No CL step.
2. PF targeting only primary peaks + CL
3. PF targeting primary and secondary peaks + CL
