Reverse Fix for aiohttp compatibility issue

We have modified the requirements.txt file to manually insert a pre-release version of aiohttp that is compatible with Python 3.12, in order to solve installation problems that were cropping up. When aiohttp's latest release is 3.12 compatible, the specific version should be removed from requirements.txt.
