req: sample on resizing page with annotations

Would be nice if examples folder had sample on resizing page with annotations.
Sometimes you want to just print closest format to A4 and A3. But merged pdf has different formats like images little smaller than A4, and sometimes really big like A2.

did something with pdf-lib loooong time ago btw.
far from perfect but worked with most of the files I needed it for.

I think the simplest way to handle this would be to create a new PDF from the given source PDF and draw all the pages as xobjects.

You could do a bunch of things where you scale all content and annots but that's going to be a bit more prone to edge cases. Instead flattening the page into an xobject stream seems like the easier route.
