Missing constants in AgrXtrFrameConstants.h #45

In the libraries/Frame/AgrXtrFrameConstants.h, there are some constants missing, namely those pertaining to the TEROS12 sensor. In the document data_frame_guide.pdf, these are documented on the pages 22-23 (in version v7.7 of the document).
In the above document we are also missing the constants AGRX_TEROS12_TC8_C and AGRX_TEROS12_TC8_D (after AGRX_TEROS12_TC8_B) since these are valid sockets for this sensor and other common fields (e.g. AGRX_BAT etc.).
