Batch system needs fix

It appears the batch for the Chemistry/Courses does not seem to be completing correctly

Possible reasons for this could be:

• Process takes more than 6 hours, so it does not finish before the system resets [Very likely]
• Some sort of Mindtouch HTTP error
• Something about the Chem library's structure or pages that cause a crash
• Some sort of other bug that causes it to crash midway

Possible fixes:

• Change timing in schedule.js so that the batch has more time to process chem/courses.
• Identify bug involving chem library that is causing the crash

Being partially addressed by 26b22b7, though according to the Batch Monitor it still isn't resolved. @ethanaturner any other ideas?

It helped, but certainly didn't fix. The plan is to get the cluster-like solution operational by the end of the year; the libraries have just scaled too quickly for a single server to handle them anymore, let alone with new export formats! On-demand compilation and the new schedule is holding us steady for now 🤞🏻
