Seeing pixellation with ltx2

This video is well within range of what I wanted. But, it is a little pixelly. Using cfg 7.5 and 40 steps . Anyone else seeing this?

Any idea how to fix it? Has anyone seen where if they change the model it fixes the pixel issue?
