Improved example(s) in documentation

Just a suggestion, but having an example in the readme (https://github.com/Linaro/aerology#how-do-i-use-it=) or in a new markdown file showing all of the commands used from `west build` to `qemu-system-arm ...` (or `west build -t run`), and then doing something useful with aerology would likely make this a lot easier for people to grok?
