Hi, this looks interesting.

Is there any reason the tool would not work for nanopore data called by Megalodon (rerio) and modbam2bed ?

i.e. is it restricted to illumina bisulfite data?

Hi,

We haven't tried it on the Nanopore data. Its trained on Illumina bisulfites data so the performance will not be great but it will be interesting to try and see the results.

Hi, I also want to use HOME software to run ONT data. Does the use of NGS and TGS in training models have a significant impact on the final DMR?
