tepid-map error

Hello,
I use tepid-map, but get the error below

Error: Encountered internal Bowtie 2 exception (#1)
Command: /bin/bowtie2-align-s --wrapper basic-0 --local --dovetail -p10 --fr -q -R5 -N1 -x /refgenome/GCF_genomic -X -1 /tmp/129254.inpipe1 -2 /tmp/129254.inpipe2
(ERR): bowtie2-align exited with value 1
but I try Bowtie2 to map the data it worked,
I do not know what's wrong with it, can you help me solve the problem?
