It isnt applying the Acidic Wounds. Acidic Wounds is only applied to the one tanking him.

Bewildering Strike
He is able to do this to his fixated target and he goes around 1 shotting others players.

Acid Geyser
Meant to be 5 yards. Seems more like 15 yards.
