Move server map when moving a server from one installation to another #47

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When moving a server to a new installation, the map used on the server will get wiped, since it's not moved from the previous installation.
Describe the solution you'd like
That the map from the previous installation is moved to the new installation.
Implementation ideas (optional)
Figure out how to get the game id from the server, so we can match it and then move it.
