Deprecations in code

Apparently cross_validation is deprecated in sklearn: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/53978901/importerror-cannot-import-name-cross-validation-from-sklearn

Also get a message:
ImportError: cannot import name 'get_historical_data' from 'iexfinance' which also sounds like a deprecation problem, but I can't be sure.

1. "import sklearn.model_selection as model_selection" instead of cross_validation and the code should now be the following:
   X_train, Y_train, Y_test = model_selection.train_test_split(X, Y, test_size=0.5)

2. Use "from iexfinance.stocks import get_historical_data" to get stock data
