You want to launch it on chrome? As is a school Chromebook locally (meaning running from your computer not another website) If that's what you want I don't think you can because of restrictions. However if what you're asking is just to visit program so you can use to play and stuff the one url they have is down so you can't really. Err... does this count as promo.
