Can't join server with 1.21.1 client when use_async_protocol_switching enabled

When use_async_protocol_switching is enabled, ViaVersion/ViaBackwards#925 can be reproduced, this issue should have been fixed on ViaVersion and ViaBackwards.

1. Install ViaVersion and ViaBackwards
2. Enable use_async_protocol_switching
3. Set network-compression-threshold to -1

I have noticed that issue, but the async protocol changing has changed some packet sequence, which caused that bug(In PlayerList). I am trying to find a way to fix that, sorry for this()
