Decide what relevant NOTAMs info to display for table summary

Determine how to display relevant information in table summary:

• per ICAO
• link back to original NOTAM
• provide abbreviated info about closures etc?

Parsing code has been completed but waiting to test out data field parser on more complete and updated data. FAA NOTAMs are flowing to CPD but it is currently turned off by default. API does not account for showing notams that have been rescinded. Waiting on sweg team to figure out the API issue.
