Create main Countdown page

Create the main part of the page where the countdown is held. This will be on the right hand side of the page when the sidebar is open, and will be full screen when the sidebar is closed.

NOTE: in the second and third image you will see a cog in the top right. This should continue to be the "username/sign out" button. The cog can be disregarded.
