ReferenceError: VPAIDFLASHClient is not defined #23
Description
I am developing my own VAST/VPAID plugin for video.js, since videojs-vast-vpaid lacks features I need and seems to be abandoned. However, for whatever reason I can't get VPAIDFLASHClient to work at all. Right off the bat, VPAIDFLASHClient is not defined
Here is a minimal example, taken mostly from the readme.
