- Survey existing research and software that can help us implement the Milestones and Phases on the v2.0 roadmap
- If there are no strong references to build on top of, ideate rescoped milestones and/or research/software we should build
Outcome: Structured proposals that contains:
- Scope of Milestones
- What research to refer/build on and software to use
- What we should be implementing from scratch and how we should go about it
