Add integration tests for Operaton #94
Description
Currently we test against Camunda 7.X . Since Camunda 7 will be archived October 2025, users look for an alternative. Operaton is the most obvious choice as it is a drop-in replacement and fork of original Camunda 7.
- Add Operaton to ingetration tests
- Add Operaton to list of supported workflow engines
